Presented by Cyndi Schaeffer, Edmonds Community College
This one day session prepares supervisors and managers to lead work activities and staff during organizational changes and during tight times. Most managers are not prepared how to deal with human factor issues and don’t know how to effectively manage others during change. This training is very interactive and engaging.
Participants will understand…
- how change affects people
- how they can lead others during change
- the role of the supervisor or manager during change and during day to day activities
- their change and personality style and how it affects others
- how to lead others through teaming
- how to lead others through problem solving and conflict resolution
